About Me

I grew up in suburban Philadelphia and obtained my graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University with a specialty in Trauma. I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years and am licensed in the state of Pennsylvania (License # PC010428). My work experience has been with many different populations and settings, including home-based care, local crisis centers, community mental health agencies and now, in private practice. As I have advanced my career, I have concentrated my interest in Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors.

In our sessions we will talk about significant life experiences, identify areas of both strength and dysfunction, and collaborate on ways to reach your unique goals. I provide more than a listening ear— a balance of expertise and relatability that I hope helps my clients feel comfortable and safe to get to know themselves in the therapy room. My goal is to help my clients live their life guided by what they value, not by what they fear.
